The Interactive Recruiting Coordinator were seeking is NOT afraid to talk to people, is great at networking, and has fabulous attention to detail. Someone who knows how to find a needle in a haystack but can still throw a party so cool that everyone wants to attend.

We are tasked with finding someone so dedicated, so skilled, and so personally wonderful, that they will fit right in here at Aquent, where we have over 9 staff members who have been with us for over 9 years each! Now thats commitment!

There’s what we are looking for, and then there is who we are looking for.

WHAT will be someone who already has on their resume:

  • 1-2 years of Staffing Coordination or Recruitment Coordination experience in an interactive group or staffing environment
  • 1-2 years of experience with and knowledge of the Interactive Industry; could be hands-on technical experience, interactive recruiting, internal experience in an interactive agency or department, and/or strong online networking experience
  • ability to work quickly and multi-task among competing priorities
  • strong communication skills and comfort in discussing job preferences, salary expectations, and commutes with candidates
  • desire to BE the internal subject matter expert on all things Interactive and manage a LOT of information
  • proven ability to build a NETWORK, keeping in touch with a large group of people over time
  • strong verbal and communication skills and no fear of making lots of calls to Talent every day

    WHO will be someone who is:

  • nice (you’ll laugh at Andys bad jokes and even giggle when he inappropriately presses the That Was Easy button for the 10th time in one day)
  • fun (we don’t sing “Happy Birthday,” we scream it at the top of our lungs and almost catch the room on fire)
  • passionate about their work
  • driven by success (or maybe driven by getting a “major award,” which just happens to be a lamp that looks like a mannequin’s leg)
  • up for a chocolate snack at any time of the day
  • willing to dress up for themed company events (we just had 80s Friday a few weeks ago)
