Creative Director/Designer
Sprout is redefining multimedia development by bringing sophisticated content creation to the masses. Sprout Builder is a web-based authoring platform that allows anyone to quickly and easily build “Living Content” - widgets, mashups, mini-sites, and other forms of interactive and distributable web content. We just launched our new product this week and are looking for a few people to help make it a success.

We launched at the DEMO conference on January 29th to rave reviews (and a DEMOGod award) from Techcrunch, ReadWriteWeb, Mashable, and others. More press can be found here.
Now that our new product is launched, we’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Creative Director to help unify our brand visually across all products and marketing intiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years interactive design and creative direction experience (websites, video, widgets, etc.)
- Understanding of user-centered design principles & methods
- Experience managing designers (both internal and contract)
- Hands on design skills a must
- Excellent sense of design, typography, color, layout
- Able to work well with programmers and marketing team
- Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. skills
- STRONG PORTFOLIO - Please include a link to your online portfolio (any emails without a portfolio will not be considered).
Nice to Have:
- Interest in Social Media
- HTML/CSS skills
- Flash skills
This is a full-time position (contract, permanent, or contract to permanent depending on the candidate).
